Application Procedure

All candidates must apply online for a specific position at Eden.SchoolSpring.com using an electronic process.  Please do not mail, fax or e-mail any resumes, letters of interest, reference letters, transcripts or certifications to the School District.  All of the above should be attached to your application online.

Substitute Rates:

"that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the 2025-2026 substitute rates be approved as follows: 

  • Monitors, Cleaners,  Fitness Center Subs $16.50 per hour;
  • Teacher Aides and Bus Attendants $17.00 per hour;
  • Retired Eden Monitors, Cleaners, Teacher Aides, and Bus Attendants $18.50 per hour;
  • Laborers and Clerk Typists $17.50 per hour;
  • Retired Eden Laborers and Clerk Typists, COTA's and Senior Clerk Typists $19.50 per hour;
  • Custodian and Technology Substitutes $19.50 per hour;
  • Retired Eden Custodian $21.50 per hour;
  • Maintenance Mechanic Substitutes $20.50 per hour;
  • Retired Eden Maintenance Mechanic Substitutes $22.50 per hour;
  • Retired Eden Maintenance Mechanic Substitutes with 10+ years of experience $26.00 per hour;
  • Bus Drivers $20.50 per hour;
  • Nurses (RN) $23.50 per hour;
  • OT's and PT's $33.50 per hour;
  • Retired Eden Bus Drivers $22.50 per hour;
  • Retired Eden Bus Driver with 10+ years of service $26.00;
  • Retired Eden Nurses with 10+ years of service $26.00;
  • 19A Trainers $30.15 per hour;
  • Uncertified Substitute Teachers $155 per day;
  • Certified Substitute Teachers $165 per day;
  • Extended Leave Substitute Teachers (21-89 days in same position) $175 per day;
  • Retired Eden Teachers $175 per day;
  • Long Term Substitutes - Full semester or more as per ETA Contract. 

Fingerprinting:

The New York State Education Department requires that most school employees be fingerprinted prior to beginning employment. The procedure is very specific.
 
  • All fingerprinting required by the NY State Education Department for certification or employment in a school must be scheduled with Morpho Trust.
  • Log onto https://uenroll.identogo.com
  • Enter “14ZGR7” in the box where it says to enter Service Code to get started
  • Click on “Schedule or Manage Appointment”
  • Fill in personal information and click “Next” through the next couple screens
  • Select the Document that you are going to bring with you to the fingerprint location; click “Next”
  • Search for location near you by entering zip code, click “search”
  • Click on the location you want to go to and click “next”
  • Select the date and time you prefer and click “submit”
  • You may also call Morph Trust at 877-472-6915 to schedule an appointment
NOTE: The total fingerprinting fee is $101.75 ***All credit card payments must be made onsite at the time of the fingerprinting session. ***
