Communication & Conferences

A good way to communicate with me is:
                                   *  through a note in your child's Daily Folder
                                   *  a phone call
                                   *  an e-mail.
OR
A conference - Remember that a conference is a great way to  discuss your child's educational progress as well as any concerns, and or problems, that you or your child are experiencing.  I am available to meet with you anytime during the school year.  If you would like to conference with me send me a note, or a phone call, or an e-mail.  I will return your message to set up a meeting time that will work best for both of us.

Keep in mind that just showing at school is not always an effective way to communicate.  Many days I have meetings and I am not in the room until the children are arriving or I leave the classroom right after dismissal.  My concern is that conversations can be overheard by little ears that really shouldn't be hearing private information.  However,  I understand that sometimes a quick informational conversation maybe important to help me understanding something your child may have experienced last night or that morning. If possible send that information to me in an e-mail.  I check e-mails every morning when I arrive at school and several times during the day.

Absent notes, daily notes and everyday communication can also be sent by e-mail.
